App Purpose

Fiberly is a wellness app created to support daily fiber intake tracking, food planning, reminders, and habit consistency. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.

Preview, Subscriptions, and Lifetime Purchase

• Fiberly may offer a seven-day complete Premium preview without requiring a payment method.
• Monthly and annual plans are billed by the Apple App Store and auto-renew unless canceled through your Apple account before renewal.
• A lifetime option, when available, is a non-consumable purchase billed by the App Store.
• Localized prices and billing periods shown by the App Store control over prices shown elsewhere.
• After the preview, the app’s current premium access rules control continued tracking, Plan, Smart Fiber Alerts, Insights, History, reports, widgets, iCloud Backup, and other premium features. The in-app paywall is the source of truth for access.
• Ending Premium does not delete existing local records or optional remote backups, but Premium-only interfaces and synchronization become unavailable.
• Fiberly has no shared account system. Purchases and iCloud backups are managed through your Apple account and do not create a separate Fiberly login.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Fiberly responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and Apple account.

Privacy

Use of Fiberly is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Limited first-party product and purchase analytics may be processed through Supabase as described in that policy. You can stop future analytics sharing at any time under Settings → Privacy without losing access to Fiberly's core features.

Use and purchases are also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula
