Privacy Policy

Overview

Fiberly is designed to help you track fiber intake, plan fiber-rich foods, and build consistent nutrition habits. This policy explains what data is processed when you use Fiberly.

Data You Enter

• Daily fiber intake logs and food entries
• Planned foods, reminder preferences, and goal settings
• Habit details such as streaks, trends, and progress history
• Custom foods you create inside the app

How Data Is Stored

Fiberly stores your app data locally on your iPhone by default. If you choose to enable iCloud Backup, selected Fiberly data may be backed up to your private iCloud account so you can restore it later. We do not sell personal data or build advertising profiles from your logs.

Purchases and Premium Access

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and StoreKit. These services provide Fiberly with product, renewal, expiration, and billing-state information; Fiberly does not receive your full payment-card details.

Fiberly may store local access state needed to show whether a seven-day Premium preview, subscription, offline grace period, or lifetime purchase is active. Fiberly has no shared account system.

Usage Analytics

Fiberly collects limited first-party product and purchase analytics to understand app opens, onboarding completion, feature usage, paywall views, backup outcomes, widget state, and purchase or restore outcomes. These events may include the platform, app version, event timestamp, small fixed categories such as the selected tab or paywall source, a store product identifier, and random installation and session identifiers.

Analytics does not include your food names, serving information, fiber amounts, goals, meal or reminder times, custom foods, notes, exported reports, cloud-backup content, precise location, name, email address, store transaction identifiers, or purchase receipts. The random installation identifier is not an advertising identifier and is not used to identify you across other companies' apps or websites.

Analytics events are processed and stored by Supabase on our behalf for product improvement, troubleshooting, security, and purchase-funnel measurement. Ask Fiberly questions, the Fiberly data used to answer them, and its answers are processed on-device by Apple’s supported model flow and are not sent to Fiberly or a remote AI service. We do not sell analytics data or use it for third-party advertising or cross-company tracking.

Analytics sharing is enabled by default and can be turned off at any time in Fiberly under Settings → Privacy → Share Product Analytics. Turning it off stops future analytics events; it does not affect the app's core features.

Backups and Notifications

iCloud Backup is requested only if you enable it. Selected backup records are transmitted to Apple’s iCloud service. Disabling Premium stops new synchronization without deleting an existing remote backup. Smart Fiber Alerts and Plan reminders are local iPhone notifications, and Fiberly asks for notification permission when you enable a reminder.

Analytics Retention and Deletion

We retain pseudonymous analytics only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, ordinarily no longer than 24 months. We may keep aggregated statistics that no longer identify an installation for longer.

You may request deletion of analytics associated with your random installation identifier by contacting support and providing the identifier shown in Fiberly under Settings → Privacy. Deleting the app or turning off analytics does not automatically delete events already received by Supabase.
